The main responsibilities includes supervision of the daily operations of the college.It includes
operating and maintaining classrooms ,office equipment maintanence/supervision ,coordination of transportation ,file maintanence and record keeping,
Ordering and purchasing,despatching of various consumables.
Furthermore the administrative duties includes recording, transcribing and collating information including operation of computerised administrative systems ,
including compiling orders, unpacking,
checking, sorting, shelving and storing items and maintaining inventories..
Apart from these the administrative duties also includes overall coordination and integration of the various resources
of the college.
